Bookings are only accepted as far as six months out unless otherwise agreed upon.
The balance of the invoice is due in full two weeks before delivery or pickup.
In the event of cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Delivery is quoted as an additional fee based on location and set up time required. It is the client's responsibility to provide the correct delivery location and contact information. Denial of delivery is the responsibility of the client.
Final design and flavor changes
All design and cake flavors must be confirmed 4 weeks before the event. If the order is placed within 2 weeks or less, the design and flavor agreed upon booking is considered final.
For cakes with longer lead time, minor changes to the design will be accepted, but any major changes to components that are made in advance such as toppers, may result in additional fees.
